Android 2D HD Game with Achievements \ Cloud save progress

Hello Freelancers, I would like to develop a 2D Game which is very Similar as (OLD NOKIA BOUNCE GAME) but with some of the changes and new features, and Some Optimal Changes in Controlling the Gaming Easily According to the Touch UI Should not be tough to play (A optimal Physics).. * Game Features : Very Attractive UI/UX. Should have the Old Physics for the Ball. More Obstacles, challenging obstacles. Solo Carrier mode through levels, Time attack, in settings hard mode, easy mode, and (If possible Multiplayer through Local WIFI or Internet Multiplayer). A lot of Levels, and (in Future Updates Actively Multi Levels should be Added). Achievements, Leadership board, Cloud Save, etc Minimum Android version Requirement from 4.* (Support upto latest android) Purchase different Balls in Store by Game Coins / Real money (Premium Balls if possible) each balls should have different color/design and speed, weight, physics of the ball.. *Porting (If Possible make the game to run in multiple OS such as Android, IOS, Windows Phone) and I have some more ideas and your Suggestions too Welcome while developing.. * (Looking for Very Cheap and BEST Android Game Developer, So BID a Very Good Price)
