Excellent Web Designer Needed ($30-$50/Website)

This may be the job for you! NO CODING REQUIRED!\r\n\r\nA major US-based web publishing company is building a talent pool of\r\nskilled intermediate website designers. No coding skills required! You\r\nmust be able to conceptualize, design, and create high-quality web\r\nvisuals effectively. The company publishes several hundred sites\r\ndaily.\r\n\r\nTo succeed, fluency in English and excellent communication skills are required.\r\n\r\nThe websites you develop will be built utilizing a WYSIWYG design\r\nplatform with organized content we provide. Although coding experience\r\nis not required, an understanding of web design principles and\r\ntechnology is expected. Experience utilizing WordPress, Joomla or\r\nWYSIWYG website platforms is mandatory.\r\n\r\nIf awarded, you will receive your first assignment right away. We are\r\nlooking for contractors that can deliver high-quality sites by\r\ncustomizing our design templates utilizing their creative skills and\r\neye for design.\r\n\r\nYour responsibilities:\r\n\r\n- Understand business and user requirements and translate this into\r\nthe best possible design solution (English fluency)\r\n- Design high-quality websites (excellent image selection, colors, layout, etc.)\r\n- Learn new technology platforms quickly\r\n- Light branding work. Some projects may require a very basic logo\r\nusing well-selected fonts to get started. (This would be some quick\r\ntypesetting or minimal graphic treatment to create something that\r\nlooks good on a website.)\r\n\r\nYour qualifications:\r\n\r\n- Fluent in English (advanced level of fluency necessary - designers\r\nwill need to be able to understand the site content to make the best\r\ndesign choices)\r\n- Excellent website visual design skills with proven and demonstrable\r\nexpertise in the following areas:\r\n- color theory\r\n- typography\r\n- image selection/treatment\r\n- hierarchy\r\n- composition\r\n- High-level of responsiveness\r\n- Excellent communication and follow through\r\n- Complete Freelancer profile\r\n\r\nSuccessful candidates will respond quickly to this post and follow-up\r\ninstructions, have strong portfolio pieces, and be able to start\r\nimmediately or soon.
