No. Requirements 1.0 General Requirements 1.1 Full working penny auction site similar to [login to view URL] I have a layout that i did that I wish to make in to the website. 1.2 Cosmetic changes (addition of sidebar, images..etc) 1.3 Script must be tested and 100% bug free 1.4 Full working demo is required for tests before payment(s) are released 1.5 Full support of 6 months from the date of full payment 1.6 Ownership of script upon full payment 1.7 Full installation on server 2.0 General Website Functionality 2.2 User registration and account verification by email 2.3 Ability for users to obtain free bids for registering and for buying bid packages for the first time. Automatic credit of the free bids into member's account upon registration. 2.4 Bid calculation on auction item page 2.5 Option to login or signup with Facebook account 2.6 Free bids to be given when subscribers "like" the website with their Facebook account. Automatic credit of the free bids into member's account 2.7 "Buy Now" option similar to BidRival. Users are only able to view the option (with the calculations) if they are already members. The option does not show up for casual visitors who are not members. Automatic invoicing for this function should be available. Option to turn this function “on” or “off” as not all auction items will have the “Buy Now” option 2.7a Members are not allowed to use any free bids obtained from sign ups (new registrations), won free bids, from the Facebook “like”. Mechanism to tag the free bids and check whenever they are used for “Buy Now” and disallow them from continuing. ONLY purchased bids can be used for “Buy Now” and bidding. Free bids can ONLY be used for bidding. 2.7b To prevent bid manipulations, members are not allowed to have multiple accounts. Preferred system checks: IP and MAC address, email, name, address..etc. ONLY one account per household/address is allowed. ONLY administrator is able to open multiple accounts for the purpose of the SmartBot system (please refer to Item 2.12) 2.8 Editable general pages, such as terms and conditions of use and a help section. Ability to add additional pages 2.9 Integration of merchant accounts for payment processing (PayPal..etc). Automatic update of credits into account upon successful payment. 2.10 Full Auto bid system - the ability for users to place their bids automatically similar to bidrivals (bids to place and max bid price) 2.11 Bid timers are easily set. For example, the bid timer can be set up so that under 20 seconds;if a bid is set, the timer resets back to 20 seconds. When the bid price hits 2% of the item's worth it resets to 15 seconds. After 3.5% of the item's worth it resets to 10 seconds. This is how it should be set initially but the times and percentages should be fully configurable. The bid auction time is to be displayed on general auction item page and also on each individual item page (please refer to bidrivals) 2.12 A SmartBot system to ensure that item bids are kept alive. Automatically insert system generated bids at the last milliseconds if there are no bidders before the target bid price is reached. Ability to activate or deactivate the function for each auction item. Configurable target bid price (by percentage or amount). Dummy bidders are manually or randomly selected from a list (populated by the administrator) Any suggestions or alternatives are welcomed and encouraged. 2.12a Ability to set timer to close all bids for the day. Operation hours, server time and date is displayed prominently at the top of landing page 2.13 Ability to set auctions to auto-relist 2.14 Voucher function 2.15 Automatic auction items posts to Facebook, Twitter 2.16 Social media ready with associated icons in place (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, RSS..etc) 3.0 Backend/Admin/Content Management System (CMS) Platform Functionality 3.1 Add, edit, delete and auctions 3.2 Macros to start, stop and publish auctions 3.3 View, edit, add, delete and suspend users 3.4 View, edit, add, delete "winners" page. This page is for winning bidders who have submitted their photo to be placed in it. Ability to set the number of free bids given to them if they post their photos. 3.5 View user's bidding history and purchased bid packages; the ability to give the user free bids and refund bids to the user 3.6 Easily editable and manageable website content, such as management of pages 3.7 Newsletter function with customizable fields for editing newsletter contents (must be able to support images). Allows unlimited sending of mail/newsletter 3.8 Easily editable price of bidding packages 3.9 Ability to set the number of wins allowed per user per day or month. Each product should have a category. Able to limit the number of wins per category as well as per day or month or per person 3.10 Ability to limit the number of live auctions and number of featured auctions which shows prominently 3.11 Daily report generation in an excel file for accounting and profits 4.0 Additional Requirements 4.1 Full payment will be made upon installation on server and successful test run 4.2 Website MUST be fully Search Engine Optimized with the necessary parameters in place for it to be search engine friendly (meta tags, keywords). Parameters should be also set for each auction item. 4.3 Upon completion, the following is required: (i) an installation archive with full installation documentation (ii) full documentation on cosmetic modifications (images, color..etc) (iii) full source code for making future modifications (iv) 100% full ownership rights to utilize the script at our sole discretion (v) A signed copy of Non-Disclosure Agreement
