GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION * A real estate web page consists of a property for sale (with search), property rentals (with search), Investment in Turkey, Mortgage companies, Contact us and Add your advert pages. * Project will be in PHP language and using MySQL database. * CodeIgniter Framework will be used for the project. Project will be coded fully with MVC and OOP principles. * Coding will have comment out info in code blocks. And a detailed documentation about the classes and functions is required. * Design will be fully responsive. Templates can be used as long as it doesn't cause any copyright problems. (We don't want to be in a position to put someone else's copyright information on our web site.) * All forms (contact, new property etc.) will be Jquery-Ajax with no page refresh. * Page will be designed in a SEO friendly structure (It will be hosted on an Apache server. SEO friendly URL links are requested.) * Multi language support for both admin and user pages. Language info will be stored in text files in languages folder and adding language will be simple using “save as” on one of the existing language files (maybe a link in admin page to activate the language can be a good idea. But it is not a must.) * Users will register to the system (two types of membership agent/home owner) There will be property packages, rental packages and packages for mortgage companies available to agents or home owners. Number of properties, user type which package belongs to and time period of the packages will be editable/addable from main administrator panel. * There will be a featured property package type for all types of agencies and home owners. When a client purchases a featured property package, he/she will assign one of his/her existing properties to the package purchased. (Client will have chance to change the property used for Featured Property package anytime.) * There will be a banner management system on the web site. Design will be made considering the Google's principles about viewing banners on the page. Banner sizes will be in the same standards of Google's. There will be a Google banner Javascript provided by us for all banner areas. If admin does not define a customer banner from the panel Google banners will show in the banner area. * Full Paypal integration for package purchase. (Paypal direct credit card payment window. No membership.) * More details will be given on request.

Hi, you need multilanguage system and admin will add any new language or update the language files through backend ? the language option also show on admin means admin pages also use multilanguage part ? you only add the banner as google ads or some static images also ? how the payment system work on site ? waiting for your response. Hi there, CodeIgniter expert here, doing all my projects in it for the past 2-3 years. I'm sure you'd like the code. I would make sure all forms, except ones with class eg "no-ajax", will be submitted using ajax. Planning to use jQuery form plugin to speed this process up and make it backward compatible with browsers with JS turned off or with limited JS (mobile devices). For nice and responsive UI I'd use Bootstrap 3. I have read and understood the rest of the brief as well, which is very clear and easy to understand. Great start point for the project, if you shortlist me I would like to hear more about the project, concretely the features you'd like to have on the site, like maps, search filters, etc... Also please clarify "* Full Paypal integration for package purchase. (Paypal direct credit card payment window. No membership.)" In all my projects I did standard PayPal integration, using PayPal IPN, which requires user to sign up first so we can keep track of the transaction. PayPal allows using CC payments if I'm not wrong. PayPal redirects users to their payment page, I can set the return url to be the page he came from so it's pretty seamless. I hope you could release the initial milestone once we're done with the project base and you see some results so I don't have to work on another projects in the meantime. Regards, Julijan
