Build a Website using wordpress MU with Ecommerce, central gallery2, forum

Dear all, If you are great coder, you will have least one year, unlimited jobs, daily basis. Trust me. I am the general manger of my company, i am not posting other project from net. As far as i can understand, knowing wordpress and coding, it is reasonable, simple job. I have the design and the content ready, all that. I posed this project twice earlier, only realised, the coders are getting bit greedy. Now, i wanted to to only 20% of actual job. I am adding two files, which has all that i require. My total budget to complete everything listed below is only us$ 2000, however, for doing only 4 website, using wordpress, and the design i provide, i will pay for the phase one maximum us$ 500 only. nothing more. I will not pay in advance, i will upon completion, and i am already cheated several times by coders, who ran away with advance so please do not ask for that.
