I am looking for an individual who can keep my WordPress websites up to date on a as required basis. Normally in any given week I have 2 to 3 jobs that need doing. I am not looking for someone who will not contract the work out. The contractor must be fully qualified to do the work themselves. This will include coding and some graphic design. I run 4 to 5 websites and others that always need some form of management and upkeep. We will agree on a payment up front as I have a basic idea of how long things should take to be done, as I am quite up to speed with WordPress overall to say an intermediate level. Simply put I don't have the time to do it personally. Once we have agreed on the payment terms the contractor will be paid upon satisfactory completion and we will move onto the next job. Key Points to note: I have been using Odesk for some time now and must say that I am very weary of this platform but am prepared to try once again but on Freelancer. Once a price is agreed I will not be up-sold again, please do not request more money I am known to give a bonus occasionally but I want to see results My request is to look for a knowledgeable honest contractor looking for a long term relationship. If you dont have the time to take on the job do not reply to the advertisement please As earlier stated. No work is to be contracted out unless greed on beforehand. If you do not possess an above high end WordPress overall skill level or have no graphic design skill I suggest not applying. Sorry for being blunt but I am looking for the right person this time.

I am also highly proficient at building themes and plugins and also have an in depth understanding of PHP, HTML/CSS, Javascript/jQuery. There would be no problem with my templating for WordPress as I have a great deal of proficiency in this aspect of the program. It is also possible for me to translate designs and I have a good understanding of usability and appreciation for a good user experience. My experience also includes building responsive and mobile experiences and in software engineering using source code management tools such as GIT. I also have familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle and an understanding of RESTful Web Services technologies such as JSON, SOAP, and HTTP.
