E-Book for Movers/Moving Checklist for Movers

We are looking for someone to help us write an E-book, which gives movers helpful Step-by-Step advice on how to create the most effective and stress-free relocation. It can be 30-40 pages and it should contain very specific steps on what you think is the correct approach toward conducting a successful move from one house to another. We are relying on your to provide the best content possible for the ebook. Also, for our website, we also need 15-20 summary bullet points which is a moving checklist. Under each bullet points there should be a bullet (i.e. "Get Ready to Pack"), then underneath a 2-3 sentence textual commentary about that title. We are looking to have this project done within 5-6 days if possible.
