Wrighter needed

Hi I am 9 years old and I need some help righting a book. I want to write a book on how to start and run a lemonade stand. This should not be a very simple book for kids around my age. I do have some experience in running my lemonade stand so I’m here to help. My Uncle is also helping me get this book done. I need some help from some one that is good at righting so the book explains every thing well and it is not too boring. My end goal is to sell this book as an ebook. If it makes money I get to spend half of it and the rest will go to my college fund. I think the book should be about 30 to 40 pages. I don’t want it to be too thick so kids don’t read it. I will provide some drawings and pictures. I’m looking for content right now. If you have published ebooks before I would love the input on how to get this done. This is my first outsourcing project. My uncle thinks I can learn a lot from it. He is matching the money I have saved dollar for dollar. So I can pay you for your work.
