228912 Animated Flash Intro 4 Website

Hello Programmers. First let me say that I envy and admire you. I have made several attempts to learn some programming and Flash and just cannot wrap my mind around it. So I appreciate you sharing your talents and skills with those of us who are less technically inclined. Now here's the job - I need a custom flash movie created for an entry page of a website. I have just about all the images needed (there may be one or two more required, but they should be relatively simple) and they are currently in Illustrator format (CS3 if I remember correctly, but I can save them for earlier versions or turn them into .PSDs if needed). What I am looking for is roughly an 900 x 500 flash movie showing about 10-15 objects appearing between a pair of hands with lightning effects accompanying the transition between objects. After that I would like to have some text added via fading in and out as well as scaling and moving in the frame. Your own creative input will be welcomed. (I would love it if it ended up being a demo piece in a student's resume or something like that.) I don't anticipate the whole movie being any longer than a minute. It would be great if it could have a great looking load image appear when the website is viewed and the flash movie is being pushed into the viewer's browser. The only other action needed is once played out it redirect you to a hyperlink. Also, any other use of the images I provide and the flash created will require written permission. All monies will be release only after it has been tested on the site for at least 1 day and can be viewed via IE, Firefox, Safari and Opera w/o any issues. I am hoping to find someone I can work with for other flash projects (some on the more technical side) I will be needing completed in the near future, as well as javascript and some wordpress-specific templating.
