Joomla Mod Redesign

I want you turn my Mod into the same design as the picture. My Mod is custom made, made by some other freelancer. all i want is it to be redesigned. look at the picture of the mod i want and Where it says add me here i want you to make it say Friends The mod must only show your friends. Its got to scroll when the cursor is over it. Click the image it takes them to their profile. The picture comes upto you when you highlight cursor over image look at the images for a better idea. im using joomla 1.5 & jomsocial 2.2.1 my modification: [login to view URL] The one i want it to look like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] for better an example look on [login to view URL] because thats the modification design im trying to copy. It shouldnt be hard if you know what you doing and also my modification is basically got the features. please remember i will go with the cheapest because i am skint. if you dont understand message me first! need done ASAP!
