253630 Flash soundboard

We are creating a soundboard that outputs files as ringtones. We have an agency that creates the ringtones from whatever files we give them, but we need the actual soundboard built out. The flash file will allow you to press Record and then click as many sounds in whatever combination. When you press Stop you can then Preview the sound combination you have made. Sounds should be able to overlay on top of each other. If you like it, then you can output it as a ringtone.
