I need a mechanical/CAD/CAE expert to perform a complete simulation study and animation for a 500-ml round bottle extrusion blow mold. The mold CAD model is already designed. I need advanced simulation work and visual outputs . 1. Structural (FEA) Analysis of the Mold -Import and clean the CAD model (SolidWorks preferred). -Assign correct material properties (P20/H13 steel). -Apply realistic boundary conditions: -Internal blowing pressure: 0.5 MPa -Clamping force: 20–30 kN -No-penetration contact between core & cavity halves -Perform static structural analysis. Output required: -Von Mises stress plot -Maximum deformation plot -Factor of Safety -Mesh details -Stress at inserts & parting line -Provide a complete FEA report (PDF) with screenshots and explanation. 2. Thermal Analysis (Cooling Performance) -Simulate heat transfer between hot parison and cooled mold walls. -Apply initial parison temperature (180–220°C). -Apply coolant temperature (20–25°C). -Determine thermal gradient during cooling cycle. -Output required: -Temperature distribution on cavity -Hot-spot identification -Cooling time estimation -Transient thermal plot 3. CFD Simulation of Cooling Channels -Simulate water flow inside cooling channels using Fluent/OpenFOAM/SolidWorks Flow. -Apply inlet velocity/flow rate. Output required: -Velocity vector plot -Pressure drop -Flow uniformity -Cooling efficiency rating 4. Parison Formation & Wall Thickness Simulation (Polyflow/Moldflow) -Simulate parison inflation inside mold cavity. -Predict thickness distribution after blowing. -Output required: -Wall-thickness color map -Thinnest & thickest regions -Time-lapse images of inflation Suggestions to improve thickness uniformity 5. Optimization Study Suggest improvements to reduce stress, improve cooling, or improve thickness. -Perform at least one of these: -Topology optimization of mold block -Cooling channel optimization -Parison thickness optimization 6. Blow-Molding Animation (Very Important) I also need a 3D animation showing the blow-molding process: The animation must show: -Parison coming down from the extruder -Mold halves closing -Parison inflation inside cavity -Bottle taking final shape -Mold opening & bottle ejection -Animation software accepted: -SolidWorks Motion -Blender -Keyshot Animation -Fusion 360 -ANSYS Polyflow visualization -The animation should be smooth, clear, and suitable for presentation. You must deliver: -FEA report (PDF) -Thermal analysis report -CFD cooling channel report -Parison/wall-thickness simulation report -Optimized design recommendations -Final animation (MP4 or AVI) - All source files (SLDPRT, SLDASM, STEP, mesh, simulation files)

Hello, I can take your existing 500 ml blow-mold CAD and turn it into a complete CAE and visual package covering structural, thermal, CFD, parison/thickness simulation, and a clear blow-molding animation. I’ll start by cleaning the mold model, assigning P20/H13 steel, and running a static FEA with 0.5 MPa blowing pressure and 20–30 kN clamping force to extract Von Mises stresses, deformations, FOS, and critical regions at inserts and parting lines.
