This position reports to the Operations Manager, assisting with scheduling appointments, following up on leads, emails, typing correspondence, some data entry, periodic mailers, client follow up, filing, reception, cleaning office and running errands, and work closely with the Executive on a daily basis.
Gathering customer information and maintaining databases and files for other members to access and utilize.
Since new systems are being implemented, flexibility and adaptability to frequent procedure changes is a must.
