I need a team player to assist with finding, and organizing leads.
I'd like to start small, maybe 10 hours per week and then if you work well hopefully we can grow your duties from there.
Starting out I'd like someone who can:
- Use system I provide to gather, qualify, take notes/update CRM, and book an appointment when appropriate.
- Email/Text follow-ups.
- Manage several different lead sources and do data entry/syncing to my main CRM.
Additional duties that can be added to fill out a schedule if desired:
- Cold calling
- Calendar/Email management
- Preparing offers
- Researching clients
- Adding content to website
- Inbound call handling.
This job will require a quiet office or home-office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Hours (Eastern Time) can be somewhat flexible, however, I'd prefer you to work sometime between 8am and 6pm EST.
