We are a 3PL for eCommerce businesses located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As we begin to take on new clients, we're looking to automate our invoicing.
Currently we have a Google Sheet with 2 worksheets (Input & Output). Trying our best to follow Zapier instructions which has Line Support for classifying the different product/services being billed and the ability to send to Zapier when marking the column with an X in google sheet. Then in turn creating the invoice automatically in Quickbooks, ready for sending.
It is our goal to get this automation setup for the purpose of making invoicing easier.
We do have a variety of charges (shipping carrier, pick & pack, packaging costs, etc).

I have been using Zapier extensively for NZ and Australian clients over the last 2 years, including to create multiple line item invoices in Xero from a Google Sheets input. I expect that Quickbooks would be similar to Xero. I'm familiar with a lot of Zapier's functionality, quirks, and workarounds.
My rate would be $90/hr or $180, whichever is lower. I would be happy to provide an exact quote on seeing the data.

While I don't have experience with Zapier I do have over a decade of experience in Excel and over a year's worth of experience in Quickbooks. Along with this I have many resources to use to supplement my knowledge in Quickbooks. I also have great technical knowledge which will allow me to do this in a fast manner.
