Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

Data Entry - enter data from Word document into custom database using an electronic form, plus find and upload a relevant image from shutterstock that matches the program. Approx 400 entries / programs, each with approx 20 fields. Requires the data entry operator have solid English skills and capability to interpret dates and times and covert to the logic applied by the database. For example: In source material: Event occurs every Tuesday In database: a. Enter date and time of first occurrence b. Set recurring event checkbox c. Set recurring rule to Tuesday d. Set end date The data entry operator will need to follow a process for determining if an event is to be scheduled or not and will be required to attain a 100% accuracy. Any mistakes are to be fixed by you even after project completion. The data is a list of events being held at multiple locations. In cases where the location is not in the database, it will need to be added, which may involve some basic Googling to gather address / phone numbers. There are currently no images associated with each program, so you will need to find a relevant image on shutterstock and upload into form at a specific size. We will provide the shutterstock account to access the files from. Photos will be easy to find, you can generally type the program name (for example Yoga for Seniours, Arts for Kids) and shutterstock will find something relevant. We estimate an average of 10 minutes per entry (including research,) so approximately 60-70 hours work in total.
