I do need a compiled spreadsheet (which I already have NAME, SURENAME, COMPANY, ROLE, PERSONAL EMAIL), which has 3.500 contacts.
What I need:
1) Discover professional e-mail from the contact (using [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) and write it on a spreadheet. ****
2) Discover phone number of the person, i.e. the company and write it on a spreadsheet.
3) Research from which industry is the company, classify and write it on a spreadsheet.
4) Classify the person on 3 levels: Executive (C-Level, VP, Director, Partner); Manager (Managers and Coordinators); Staff (all the rest).
5) Format the names, some symbology was taken place of some portuguese letters and etc, such ^, ~, ´, `, put this right in place, just research the name of person in linkedin (not so many cases like that)
6) Format Spreadsheet making it beautifull
7) Pivot Table
8) Revise and audit
9) Deliver a version in xls (office 365) and other in CSV.
**** for this item, the e-mail has to be tested on these 3 websites, tools.
