I can provide you a simple program that will allow you to select your main Excel file (with customers info) and after you click a button Generate letters it will get list of customers for the current day and automatically generate letters from Word template files. Hi there, The requirements are quite clear and straightforward. As far as I can understand there're 6 distinct letter templates. We need to deal with each one individually so that the program knows where exactly each data field should be placed. Though it's not impossible to do this with VBA its somewhat limited capacity for this type of work makes it a weak choice. Instead, I can create this as a separate Windows program. You'd just select your excel file from GUI and hit the generate button. Then the program will generate all the letters based on the current date and number of letter template you've typed under that date's column. I can get this ready in 5 days. In case it matters, I'll use c# to implement the program. Also, if you let me know which Windows version you're using I can create it accordingly, thanks.
