Busy fast organization seeking part-time bookkeeper. May lead to a full-time position. Ideal candidate to have experience/knowledge in Administrative . Job Description/Responsibilities: - Quickbooks: Must be proficient with both online and desktop versions Prepare and send client invoices, ledger entries, pay bills, follow up on open invoices, ensure staff time sheets are up to date, and send reports to accountant as needed - General office work: Knowledgeable in Excel, Word and Outlook Answer phones, draft proposals, prepare spreadsheets, filing - General skills: Organized, organized, organized Able to multi-task, team player and reliable Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Must feel comfortable to call clients for late payments
