Become my VA for an entire month FULL Time

Hi, I am looking for someone who can be working for full time, 8hours a day, full time for one month. Payment will be Indian Rupees: 10000/- (Fixed) + Commissions. The Fixed payment is paid upon successful completion of the work as required and on daily basis, at regular intervals, you will be monitored. You must be very good at: -English speaking, writing, communicating. -Email outreach, email marketing, follow-ups, replying and managing conversations over email. -Telephone calls, you need to make telephone calls, explain our offering to the person whom you will call, and try to convince to agree on your offer. -Making excel sheets, searching data in google and websites and preparing the research and data as required. -You need to be available and happy to work from 2pm IST till 11.30pm (it includes 2 to 3 breaks each of 10 to 15 minutes breaks plus one dinner break for 30 mins. This works out to effective 8hours work time). (IST stands for Indian standard time. I am much more interested to hire someone an Indian from India or Philippines.) -You must have a proper working, speedier computer or laptop with hangouts, chrome, Microsoft office, skype installed and running and tested. -You must have a high quality, atleast 20MBPS consistent internet speed. If you have a backup of the internet, it will be much better for times when your main internet is broken for few hours or a day, and our work should not get hampered. -Reporting on a daily basis. We need to atleast have one detailed meeting a day, for daily work responsibility settings. Additionally, Whenever required, in between, I can request you to get with us on web-meeting and you need to be available during that time. -Any insincerity may lead to cancellation of the project. If project doesn't get cancelled in between, due to your insincerity or any reason caused because of your work timings, punctuality, sincerity, and speed, and being sincere you achieve 100% of tasks and you will be paid off the fixed salary of Rs10000, and there will be an added incentive of 10% of the revenue generated, if revenue is above Rs 1,60,000/-in the month.
