Please read the instructions before replying to ensure you would be able to do the test as per instructions: Measuring and Recording Voice Latency in Uganda. In order to be able to do the test we require the person to have:

1) Two phones

2) Laptop

3) Audacity (free software available online to download)

4) Follow instructions on attached file

5) Tester must be in the country of interest
