I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - as you already had the first prototype it means you learned from the mistakes made while designing... - that's the purpose of the proof of concept (poc) prototypes 2 - also, i guess you played a lot with that prototype and you know what need improvements, adjustments, etc... 3 - would be useful if you can share the initial 3d model as step or iges file and see what flaws i'll see on it 4 - you could also share pics of the prototype... 5 - you need to ask for certain features, improvements, adjustments, changes... i can do the product design for this shaker, based on the initial concept (not the 3d model) and with conclusions from the 3d model and prootype Regards Bogdan
