Selection of load shedding using Particle Swarm Optimization through Matlab

I need a Matlab Simulink sytem set-up to run 3 steps. First is to perform transient response analysis on the system in order to (2) determine the triggering frequencies for the step load dropping process, finally (3) to select the loads to be dropped based on a priority based scheme using Particle Swarm Optimization.
