Fix Genetic Algorithm Constraints in Matlab [URGENT}

Hello, This GA project on MATLAB has strict deadline for 2 Nov and time 18:00 gmt+2 and budget of $120 AUD. It is about a workspace with 10 facilities. The facilities should be placed in the area of the workspace and do not overlap. Also we have 3 facilities with a predefined space.
