Scope of the project was performed the Nonlinear static analysis on Front Fascia Rear Fascia, Front Grille, Front and Rear wheel flares, FEM, Cladding, Side sill assembly by applying specified loads at specified locations as per the standards and maximum displacement, stress and strains were Reported and compared against the acceptance criteria.

This involved Finite Element Modelling, analysis setup (connections, materials, boundary conditions loading and deck preparation) and post processing of the results.
Load applied on fascia using a rigid applicator of 25mm/50mm/100mm diameter.
Post processing of the result by calculating displacement, stresses, strain and compared with yield limits of materials.
