Motion Tracking - After Effects

I have a video clip.

I need a few words motion tracked.

I have attached a zip folder with a sample of what I'm looking for (I did it manually, so the tracking is not that great. I need the exact same but done correctly.

I have also included the real clip that needs the tracking on it, so you can run some test if you want.

I would also like the text to look a bit better.

1. a tiny bit 3 dimensional looking.. not alot.

2. perhaps a shine on the text.. make them seem plastic like if possible. If you have some ideas for this by all means send me a jpg and I will approve.

Also if you end up doing a test with the video files feel free to send a low res water marked version for me to see.

I need a very fast turnaround.

The final should be send back in HD format.
