Someone send emails from my domain - and our emails getting into spam :(

Hello! Someone is sending spam under our domain and our regular emails are getting downgraded. (How do u know ? I have a catchall account - and get all the bounce - backs.) need someone to assist and make sure our emails will be fully cleared. Only experienced please. Thanks
