Design IR LED and Photo Diode/Photo Transistor Based Proximity Sensor Circuit for Daylight/Outdoor Application. Need to design proper Analog/Digital filter which allows the sensing of hand/object from at least 10 cm distance even in bright sunlight. Please note that TSOPs are not to be used for this application. Scope is to provide schematic, BOM, calculations for Filters etc. We would create the prototype based on the provided schematic to evaluate the result.

IR LED does not work in sunlight and outdoors. For that we have ultra-sonic sensor or proximity sensor. We can discuss the details over the chat
