If you are not an electronic engineer or have no clue or experience about audio amplifiers, circuit design please do not message, propose or bid.
I need to design an all in one pcb board.
I already have to schematic and design of the single ended class a amplifier.
This amplifier design is working as we speak, a prototype design has been made (please see pictures)
I need someone who understands power supplies, things like CRC,CLC, and can simulate power supplies and get the best overall design. An example has been uploaded. Ill need someone to be able to perhaps do a computer simulation of the power supply to design the best fitting one (this is optional)
It will have dual bridge rectifiers, choice of capacitors, for this build i need 20 x 2200uf capacitors, It will also have regulators to hold the voltages steady.
The power supply will need some thought, the regulators are using lm388 transistors. i basically need to regulate the voltages between 16-17 volts. Its a dual rail power supply, dual mono design amplifier.
I want an all in one pcb designed,on the board it will have the PSU, regulators and a single ended designed A class amplifier with speaker protection, this board will be ready to mount on a the heatsink.
It needs to be designed to fit to a particular size and needs to be designed in a clever way to minimize noise, heat and look good.
I have attached some samples of the Regulator, amp and power supply design.
This needs someone with experience in hifi, audio and amplifier design. Things like added extras such as bypass capacitors, testing points will need to be considered and reducing ac ripple, i need a good clean DC power supply!
Your using 44000uf of capacitance per channel, so this needs to be tamed.
I will work closely with the designer as i have already have the amp built and working (this is a prototype).
This design will need to be ready for PCB production and testing.
You will need to fit everything onto one circuit board and it has to be mirrored left to right. Two boards left and right.
i can supply most of the schematics and to work closely to get the desired design i need.
