We are product and process developers.

We develop automated machinery for assembly, testing, and inspection processes.

We currently have a process control project for a machine similar to that in this video: [login to view URL]

The programming required is for OMRON PLC in structured text, to control the process including servo and stepper drives, temperature, pressure, multiple digital & analog I/O. HMI programming for an onboard thin-client PC. Process control includes speed control via an analog tensioner; part rejects handling and error handling. Primary and secondary machines linked via EthernetIP. Historian integration.

The ideal candidate must be a skilled programmer (IEC61131) familiar with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Local talent required to work on-site when necessary.
