Electrical technician with knowledge of Indian house wiring

Need an electrician or technician who has knowledge of Indian house hold wiring. Need me to change wiring of house either locally or by video correspondence I have a few electric wiring to be done and replaced. Also getting little emf problem due to electric pole near our house and our neighbour having wires touching our walls. See if something can be done to reduce outdoor electric emf. If technician have good knowledge I have to repair a few electric devices also. So if he has good communication and guide me in correcting the wiring problems and other devices. I hope we can get good support if the person has good knowledge and can explain problems in easy language. I can have video chat while correcting things for safety and cost saving. TELL me if you are skilled in. 1. House wiring. 2. Electric EMF reduction 3. Repair of House items like fan, cooler, motor etc. I would like to get as a tutor who helps me repair broken items.
