Design, detailed engineering, schematic preparation, simulation in Proteus, micro controller code development for Electric vehicle fast DC Charging Station of capacity 30KW (total approx.) rating with three different outputs with voltage level 48V DC and 72V DC with input is 415V, 3-Phase, 50Hz input. The input supply from solar inverter. The charger should have suitable LED indication, LCD display of parameters, protection trip & alarm, automatic sense of battery existing charging capacity as well as auto trip during complete charge of battery (allowed upto 92% of full capacity). There should be programmable touch screen to feed the battery parameters/ chemistry to give suitable rate of charging.
The scope includes only schematic design, Proteus simulation, firmware logic/ micro controller code development and offsite support during prototype work.
Freelancer needs to send all the original source files. No PDF/JPEG file will acceptable."

I am a mechanical Design Engineer and expert in renewable energy system working on optimization of solar panel.
I will do the engineering based design of the electric car charging station, do 3D modelling of the station using SOLIDWORKS and integrating it for simulation using proteous software. The station would be integrated with appropriate sensing devices.

As a Design engineer I have always been interested in R&D before working or designing anything. I like to design things to serve utility and not aesthetics.
I have worked on a similar project in which I have worked on Hydrogen Add-On Device and now am diverting myself towards this EV area as I believe it to be better than any other process currently.
Regarding Automotive Industry concern, I have worked for Hyundai for a centre-console project, and also worked for many other Automotive dealers and companies to design there products.
So I consider myself suitable for the job.
