SCOPE OF THE WORK:
- Design circuits for a transmitter and receiver pair for two-way data communication over 220-230AC power line, using state-of-the-art PL controller ICs and manufacturer’s recommended designs
- Design PCBs
- Manage manufacturing, testing of prototypes, to be shipped to your location.
- Supply misc. documentation including system overview, pinout description, operation instructions and electrical specs.
DELIVERABLES:
- Circuit diagram (.PDF)
- PCB manufacturing files (Gerber, pick & place/excellon, drill list, testpoints, etc.)
- Bill of parts spreadsheet (.XLSX) with 3 vendor codes per part number
- Prototype(s) assembled and shipped to your location (tracking numbers provided)
- 3D model of the boards in STEP format.

*Manufacturing and shipping by 3rd parties is not included in my billed time
BACKGROUND:
11+ years of experience in hardware design, including:
- Schematic design in Altium Designer,
- PCB layout design including high-speed and multilayer boards
- Managing part sourcing, PCB manufacturing, assembly and shipping samples to clients.
