Altium designer / STM32 pro here. Have done many projects and have most of the STM32F1/2/3/4/7 families symbols/footprints already designed. Can also include review of your schematic whether its correctly hooked up for the functionality you're expecting, etc. Should be able to do the layout as well, but will need to discuss later after seeing the schematic.
