Adding more axis's to grbl for Arduino

I know the Arduino GRBL code well and have modified it in the past to work with a SMT pick and place machine which used 4 axis. I can demonstrate working code using Arduino Mega and RAMPS 1.6 then I can deliver tested code that will support 5 axis + 1 spindle.
