PCB made to connect a controller/driver to a lcd type screen

I need a good freelancer that knows how electrophoretic ink/e-ink displays work to make a small pcb to interconnect a controller/driver to a e-ink display and still able to work. The controller has a different connector then the e-ink display panel and i need a small pcb made to interconnect them together.
With the small pcb I will need the BOM, schematic diagram, and any necessary files to have the pcb made.
After picking the winning freelancer I will send the Controller & the display panel to start work on the project. Once the pcb is created & working. I will ask for a demonstration over skype or a video showing it working.

I have some files on the controller if needed.
