Virtual Assistant - For Editing Resumes
$8-15 USD / hora
I need a virtual assistant who can take resume's and edit them in a way that satisfy several requirements. We will NOT be asking you to re-write the resume's. We WILL however be asking you to make critical edits and light reformatting.
The work will be VERY random... you might receive a single resume one day, and then 10 resume's the next day. Each resume will average 10-15 minutes of time.
Editing "Rules"
1 - Each resume will be carefully scanned to identify employer names. Each employer name that is found will be "redacted"... meaning we will remove the employer name and replace the name with a more generic description. For example if the work history listed Amazon as the employer you would edit the resume by deleting the Amazon name and replacing the Amazon reference with something like: "Fortune 500 Online E commerce Company"
2. Personal contact details and the persons name will be completely removed and in it's place a unique ID Code will be placed on the top of the resume.
3. Fancy formatting will be removed so that all resume's have a similar flow.
We will provide an example of a "before" and "after" resume.
Lastly, you MUST have exceptional English skills, both oral and written.
