Need help setting up attributes and color swatches for my magento store

Magenta is complicated. I am having trouble with the basics of setting up my store the right way. I am having issues with adding products correctly as well as creating attributes and attributes sets. I also need help setting up magenta color swatches. I am looking for an expert in this as I will have many questions. I will pay you for your time on an hourly basis. Please be able to speak clear and perfect English as we may need to talk via Skype. I am looking to start this project on Monday. If the relationship works out well I may have you add all of my products to my new magenta store manually.
