Customize Virtuemart:block shipping dates, zip code lookup

We are developing online shopping website using Joomla & Virtuemart.. But we need little customization for the Virtuemart, something my programmer unable to finish. The requests are follow (see details on attachment) Request #1 Our client’s first request is a facility to block specific date if they can’t deliver the product at that day, for example because of the holiday or feast. For example, at November 16th, 2010, no delivery available because all employees are on holiday. If customers choose shipping date on that day, the system will display notification alert. Request #2 While the customers fill the Recipient Data, they only choose City (Kota) from dropdown which served by the client. Then sub-city (Kecamatan) dropdown uder that city, and sub-sub-city (Kelurahan) dropdown under the sub-sity, and then the Postal/Zip code displayed accordingly and the shipping fee are also displayed, like the previous system. Request #3 The customer/shipper information doesn’t need the dropdown City-subcity-subsubcity options, because the customer can be originating from ANY regions/cities in Indonesia. However, when the customer want to send the order to their self, (choosing “Penerima sama dengan Pengirim” or “recipient same as the shipper”), they have to update their profile, select from City-subcity-subsubcity dropdown like in request #2. In short, request #3 is the request #2 that applied only when the customer/shipper want to send the order to their self.
