Conversion of a 9800 MS word file to .mobi and .equp formats

I have a Word document (doc) of 9800 words. I would like you to convert it to a file with a . mobi format which can be uploaded and read on Amazon kindle, kindle fire, kindle fire HD. Also, I need to have equp, and related html zipped file with working links, structure... I pay after I upload it to KDP (preview) and see that everything looks fine! And examine the equp file as well. I will provide you with PDF file of MS word doc and expect your conversion to look EXACTLY similar to that, and I expect you after conversion is done, to compare it to the PDF file without trying to use me as your partner to tell you where you goofed! Over and over and do email game with you to fix those problems back and forth. From my point of view, you are responsible to do the comparison yourself and give me the final work when you yourself know that is done 100% right and correct! Since I know some of the beloved free lancers do not even read the post prior to biding and some even do not know how much capable they are , I have included a test file which is 10 pages of the main file and its related PDF file. Please prior to biding convert the 10 pages of the word file to mobi and then compare it to its equivalent pdf file, and compare these two and if the format of words and images in those two are similar, then place a bid and also email me the converted mobi file if your converted file does not look the PDF file, please do not bother to place a bid because you would not be selected 100%.
