Remotely set up Visual Studio Code and Docker on Windows and Mac

Looking for an expert in Docker, Visual studio code for local development enviroment setup. We require you to access our machine remotely and install a number of scripts and software packages to enable local development of each on BOTH imac and windows.
The scripts vary from php to html, to codeigniter, laravel, dart, java and more. Each should be treated as a separate local dev environment with their own access to (but not limited to) their own workspaces, ftp accounts and databases.
There is currently a number of scripts that require the right technology to be installed inside visual studio code and enabled by setting up the right development environment such as PHP, code igniter, Laravel, My SQL, and whatever tech that’s required To work Locally. Your recommendations will be highly commended.
Each workspace must be set up separately and uploadable to their remote ftp sites (if they are live sites).
There are 10 wordpress scripts
5 codeigniter / php / mysql scripts
5 Laravel environments
4 Flutter apps (might require android studio)
Bonus EXTRA milestone added for 48 hour completion + 14 day support to assist with updates, fixes and configurations as required.
