Hub and Spoke VPN setup

I am looking for someone to assist in the creation of a VPN between a Windows Server 2008 cloud VPS and a offer based Draytek Virgor router We need all computers on the LAN (connected to the Virgor router) to be able to access the VPS and vice versa, we plan on adding a second Draytek router at a second location at a later stage and would like this to see both the VPS and the current LAN over the VPN The VPS has a single IP address as does the site where the Draytek router is The VPN should be created using IPSEC to ensure it is secure
