Modify program built with delphi & absolute database - repost

1. - I have an existing software program built on Delphi and Absolute database. My freelance developer/programmer who built has moved on and I need to make some changes to the program. I believe it was built using the latest Delphi. The program is a ledger used for tracking incoming payments, creating statements and reports. The program is specific to the medical billing field and a good working knowledge of insurance and patient billing procedures is a huge plus. The changes that I currently need are minor. 2. - However, this is only in the short term and I also need to make some major changes to this program and integrate it with another program. So I am looking for a very competent programmer that can see the big picture, think ahead, create rock solid database driven programs in a timely manner. Think long term relationship. I will require a signed non disclosure and non compete. I can provide a link to the compiled current version for review. The attached file is an overview of how the program is supposed to work.
