Add Code to MS Access To Close Out Users Who Are Inactive

I have a frontend database that is distributed to several users. When these users forget to logout and go home at the end of a workday, I can't edit the backend database. I want the system to log/close out users who haven't been active for one hour. However, I want this script to terminate if logged in as "Developer or Coordinator" which is a password protectected form I've already designed. I will need an email sent containing the exact code and an explanation of how to adjust the times (in case I want to change from one hour to two hours).
