Database for office expenditure, attendance record, and salary record

We need a database For each employee there is user ID with the code in the database to login Database should be accessible through internet explorer intranet Process 1- When someone request money, he should send a request to the payer in the database 2- The payer pays him physically; the requester goes to the database and approves the receipt of payment (user will have one secret code. When he receives the money he will confirm it by entering the code in the database. In case he loose it or it’s leaked, the liability goes to the user) 3- A balance sheet within the database opens for this payment, where the receiver adds all his expenditures for the money at the end of each day until zero amount remains with him 4- During the clearance, the payer/the finance person will check all the expenses one by one and approves each. After the approval, the receiver will be free of liability for the amount he has received. 5- Once the balance is cleared, no one has access to edit/delete the balance sheet.. only read access 6- If the receiver has to pay some amount of money to another user, within the balance sheet he will have the access to transfer amount. The second receiver will approve the amount and in the remarks section the confirmation will be added The user in the database can access: Summary of payment received/sent each month/year Detailed Record of the each balance sheets of each month/year Amount he/she owes Salary section Attendance sheet/ details of attending The operator and the payer will have access to: Change the pin code of the users View summary of expenses for all employees (Read only) Salary section Attendance sheet/ details of attending Stock/inventory record system Each items is recorded in the database User will make a request for using the item
