Design an inventory management software database program

The project is about designing a software database for managing our refurbishment inventory. I prefer the design of that software to be in the form of a website to add multiple users and to be able to monitor everything online. We may add an API integration to that software in the future so we would like the project to be more likely integrable with API if we were to do so in the future. Project Details: Project is about 2 databases which should be integrated with each other in a form of website. First Database is for inventory in, where we post in new inventory (Requires most work). Second database is for Inventory-Out. The Inventory-In part is detailed for each condition selected. The user has to enter some data in a shape of a form including product UPC , serial number , condition , and some information. Some extra fields are required to filled once a certain condition is selected. After the form is filled, it should generate an item ID and an SKU for the product depending on a category selected and depending on UPC and condition selected, and printed out on a label with some date included. Once a UPC of a product matches with another product, we check for the condition. If the condition matches as well, we have to put the same SKU for both products. If condition is different, different SKU is generated. The word document will include full details of each condition selected and the fields that should be filled with it. Second Database is for inventory out where we sell these products and therefore move OUT of our inventory. Both databases should be integrated with each other so we can have a report of quanities on hand , sold , inventory available , and serial numbers along with item Id. The project will also require us to print a label for each form filled with specific requirements for the form and details listed below. We prefer that project to be in a form of a website since each employee will have his/her own username to log in and so that SKU’S are not mixed with each other if 2 employees or more are working at the same time. Therefore, SKU’s and quantities along with item ID are not messed up with each other. As well as only the administrator can have access to the final reports and quantities available along with being able to monitor everything online anywhere.
