Data Compilation and Entry into Spreadsheet - repost 2

I need a team of experts who are skilled in data entry and research, and can complete this project within the next month. I need every U.S. Medical Residency program listed in a spreadsheet (I will provide) with the following information: Name of Hospital Residency Specialty, Sub-Specialty and any combined specialty programs (these would all have to be entered as separate residencies) Complete Address of hospital Phone number/Fax number of hospital website url for residency program information Contact person for program and email or phone number I expect that there will be 9,000-10,000 entries altogether, there may be more, I'm not sure.
