Texas PM Brokerage is hiring a VA for their tenant relations. Work tasks include tenant screenings, repair coordination, lease documentation, ongoing tenant communications and various computer and phone tasks. Our VA will be proficient in speaking and communicating in English, possess excellent customer service skills and have a pleasant demeanor. We expect that once a "training" period is complete, the VA will have a proactive approach to their position and our clients. This position will be ongoing and averages 20-22 hours a week. No nights or weekends needed. Expertise in Propertyware is highly sought!
