So I assume you NOW receive it only in the form of this Excel file. I picked up in line 10 of your example that it created a line that still has a "," in it, but merely added a '.' in front of it (column 4 refers). QME M23 MEXICAN PESO 0.5584 0.,5594 0.5526 0.5528 0.48900463 Also further down there are 3 lines ZW N23 [10] WHEAT 612'6 614'0 602'4 606'0 0.482060185 ZC N23 [10] CORN 594'2 595'6 588'2 590'2 0.482060185 ZS N23 [10] SOYBEANS 1336'4 1339'6 1322'0 1323'6 0.482060185 Is this how ESignal is exporting the file (or has some sort of program already run on this file (other than the conversion to an Excel file)? If so, then the problem lies in the data which is being exported from ESignal. But it is not a showstopper. I can assist you to rectify this, and avoid most of your manual work by letting the program step through each cell individually checking it for common errors to give you the desired result and create a log file of fixes. Further, I can assist you to embed the macro on your ribbon bar as an Excel Add-In, to allow you to merely run it on any Excel data file you receive without the VBA code having to be part of that data file.
