Dear Freelancer:
Thank you for your assistance with our data entry project. While some of the information is in Spanish, you do not need to know Spanish to complete the project.
Outlined below are the steps that need to be taken. Essentially, we are moving between 15 and 20 numbers from a Mexican electrical invoice to a spreadsheet on a month-to-month basis so we can do some analysis. Each month, there is an invoice that needs to be moved to a spreadsheet. We attempted to format the spreadsheet so that it correlates very strongly with the data both in terms of language and formatting.
There are a total of 60 months that need to be transcribed. Please bid the project for those 60 months. If you do a good job, there’s another 60 months and another one after that.
Please review the attached instructions spreadsheet and sample invoice prior to bidding.
